- MLMichael LiMay 11, 20265.0Been having lunch at this Subway for years. Always top people and service here. It can get really busy due to being by the Civic Centre and near Uxbridge College. The newly introduced kiosks keep things moving quickly and smoothly, which regulars are already used to, but can cause some impatience as new customers can't see their place in the line.

- MPM PMay 1, 20262.0I would warn vegetarians and non - beef eaters to avoid this place. I went there for lunch, ordering a turkey sub. The chap behind the counter proceeded to make another sub with salami before he added the cheese to my turkey sub. First of all, I have never seen a Subway worker at any branch in any country making 2 subs at the same time. Secondly, he was about to put the cheese on my sub using the SAME gloves he used for the salami sub. I asked him what meat he was handling on the other sub and he said it was turkey. It was obvious that he was lying. When I told him that I did not believe him as halal 'salami' is beef according to Subway's website, he changed his gloves and then added the cheese to my sub. He only changed his gloves because I watched him and challenged him. If I had not been there he would have handled my sub with the salami contaminated gloves. I submitted a complaint on the Subway UK website which was forwarded to the store but I received NO reply which says a lot about their poor attitude. I will never return to this place and urge any vegetarians / non - beef eaters to avoid this place.
