    Horrible will never come again. First and last time.I have previously saw someone being served before ordering. I asked for a sub and a meal and as soon as i said it he shut me off and said he couldnt do it and he had no buns.Bare in mind i see how many trays of ready made buns ready to use??? And you served someone right before me,you dont just shut a customer off, and dont advertise or put something on your menu if you know you cant do it. So unprofessional and rude please be careful ordering from here

    Worst experience I have got from subway, even I use eat everyday in subway but this one is very bad. I have ordered from app and I went before then the pickup time they said that come afterwards. Even to make one 6 inch sub it's take not more than 5 mins and they toasted the bread to hard even I can't eat properly.

    I had a very disappointing experience at the Subway Ilford Exchange store. I placed a prepaid order through the Subway App two hours in advance for collection. I arrived 10 minutes early, only to be told by the manager on shift that there was no order under my name and that I had not paid. I showed him my email receipt and confirmation on the app clearly showing payment, but he insisted there was “nothing he could do” and told me to resolve the issue myself. It was clear his till was switched off before closing time. Once he eventually turned the till back on, my order suddenly appeared on the system. This shows the issue was internal, yet instead of properly checking before dismissing me, he immediately accused me of not paying and refused to take responsibility. Even dismissing his issue by accusing me further saying ‘your phones signal is the issue’ i had sent the pre order 2 hours earlier??? As someone who regularly visits this store, he recognises me from previous orders. Despite this, I was treated rudely and without basic customer service. He even looked to another food vendor for assistance rather than handling the issue himself. This behaviour is unacceptable. Customers who have prepaid should not be accused, dismissed, or told to “forget it” due to staff not properly managing their system. My food was also cold and not toasted as requested. I hope no other customer has to experience this. Subway, please address the training and conduct of your staff at this location, especially the asian man who made my whole experience very uncomfortable and embarassing.

    I served by girl. I am vegetarian. Firstly, she changed gloves and helped me choose my meal. I highly recommend if someone is vegetarian.

    absolutely vile! i got a cappuccino and two subs. First of all the cappuccino milk looks expired and the subs were so tiny super stingy with toppings inside.
