    Ordered from here for delivery and just now am getting my food 2 hours later after having to place another order. We got the wrong food delivered, after a back and forth with the shop and the driver they said they would deliver the correct order. An hour later they decided they wouldn’t unless we ordered cookies which would have cost £9! I said I will come and collect for a partial refund or something extra and they refused. Terrible customer service, when you have made a mistake, admit it and apologise. Some sort of compensation should be offered especially having to drive nearly 30 minutes to pick it up.
