    Today was my fist visit. I sat there waiting for my order and the women behind the counter was clearly teaching a new employee all the aspects of the job. I couldn't take my eyes off of her. She was so kind and gentle with him. She showed him in different ways how to fill an order so he learnt. She was just so friendly and kind. I'm not sure of her name as the writing on her badge was tiny, it was something like Iania. So lovely to seen kindness when helping others to learn.

    Worse staff always using phones very poor service. Day by day getting worse service unhygienic staff .

    The variety of bread and sauces is impressive. A well-made sub can taste really good. Bad staff or rushed prep can ruin the experience. Not very filling unless you add extras. Feels more premium than it actually is Decent overall.

    Do not come here unless you don't mind waiting 30 minutes. One person behind the counter 10 people in the queue taking online orders as well total shambles
