  Brought my meal, and had a 6 year old and a 5 month old baby. When asked to use the toilet. Both men behind the counter said no, I should use the library. After I spend my hard earn money in there. I'm wondering if the fact I was a black woman had something to do with it. What a shame won't be going back there again.

  The staff at this Subway are the most miserable ever…! They never greet you and when it comes to adding the salads and meats they are very tight in portions size only adding a few small amounts. It’s a franchise not your own shop saving subway money we pay top price for a footlong nearly a tenner £10.00 plus for a bit of bread and salads…!!! Wise up…!!

  Served by a man with glasses today who didn’t speak English at all. Everything I said needed a 5 round back and forth because he couldn’t understand me. I asked for sweet onion sauce and he would pick up everything BUT sweet onion. Didn’t know what anything was - very bad hire
