The service here was honestly wonderful. The evening staff 'Sim' was doing everything humanly possible to keep things running smoothly, even though she was basically working inside a slow cooker. I genuinely felt bad watching her power through that heat. Sitting inside felt like I was slow‑roasting myself along with the sandwich. Management, if you’re reading this: your team is carrying this place on their backs

Lovely place, my favorite subway in the region. Fresh ingredients, the staff is always very welcome when you come to the place the service is fast you don't wait too long and the atmosphere is nice. Highly recommend!

I had a really disappointing experience at Subway today. The customer service was honestly some of the worst I’ve had in a long time. The staff seemed completely uninterested, barely acknowledged me, and acted like I was inconveniencing them just by ordering.
To make things worse, I was charged £3 for just an extra slice of turkey, which feels ridiculously overpriced for what you actually get. When I questioned it, I didn’t get a proper explanation—just a blunt response with no effort to help.
Overall, the whole experience felt rushed, unfriendly, and not worth the money at all. Definitely not going back anytime soon.
