  I had a genuinely excellent experience at Subway Streatham Hill. From the moment I walked in, the service felt welcoming, professional, and well organised, and it made the whole visit very enjoyable. The store itself was clean, tidy, and well maintained. The food preparation area was clearly looked after, with everything neatly arranged and fresh ingredients readily available. Even during a busy period, the environment felt calm and under control, which already gave a good impression before ordering. What really made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, polite, and efficient, but especially the woman serving was exceptional. She had a very warm and positive attitude, greeted customers with genuine friendliness, and made the whole interaction feel personal rather than rushed. She was patient when taking orders, happy to make adjustments without any hesitation, and took care to make sure everything was exactly right. That level of attention and attitude really elevates the customer experience. The service overall was excellent. Orders were prepared quickly but still with care, and everything was made neatly and accurately. The staff worked well together, keeping the queue moving smoothly while still giving each customer proper attention. There was no sense of pressure or impatience, just steady, professional service. Another strong point was the way the staff communicated. They were polite, respectful, and engaging without being overbearing. Small things like smiling, confirming orders clearly, and checking details made a big difference. It created a very comfortable atmosphere where customers felt valued. The food itself was fresh and well prepared, with portions made exactly as requested. Everything was served neatly and presented well, which added to the overall positive experience. Overall, it was an outstanding visit. The combination of a clean and well-managed store, efficient service, and especially the friendly and professional staff made it a really positive experience. The woman who stood out in particular made a lasting impression with her warm and welcoming approach. It’s the kind of service that makes you want to return, and I would definitely recommend this location for its excellent customer care and smooth service experience.

  I'm a regular, this Subway is fantastic! Always very friendly staff, great service and nice fresh food. Highly recommended!

  Served by lovely Kenisha,probably spelt his name wrong. Very friendly and efficient service, premises appears very clean also. Salad fresh and tasty 😋

  I wouldn’t even give it one star. The customer service was horrible and completely disrespectful. It’s also quite obvious there’s a bias here because I asked him to add more salad to my sandwich and he asked me to pay. I wouldn’t even recommend it.
