  Delivery said 15-20 minutes, however the uber driver has been waiting at the shop for over 35 minutes without the food being ready, late at night whilst I assume it’s quiet.

  I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the experience my cousin and I had at your Subway branch on 3rd April at around 3:20 PM.We visited the store and ordered a vegetarian footlong (falafel). At the time, there were two staff members working one lady and one man. The lady prepared and served the sandwich.As my cousin started eating, he immediately said that the taste seemed very different from what we usually order. Shortly afterwards, the lady came over and admitted that it was not a vegetarian sandwich at all, but a beef sandwich.This is completely unacceptable, especially because we do not eat beef due to our religious beliefs. Serving the wrong food is a serious matter. What makes this even worse is that this could have caused a major health issue if the customer had any allergies or dietary restrictions.The lady then offered us extra drinks and prepared another vegetarian sandwich, but that does not undo what had already happened.What upset us even more was the attitude of the male staff member at the till. When my cousin asked him what sandwich had been served, he replied in a very sarcastic manner, saying it was a falafel sandwich, despite clearly knowing that the previous sandwich had been beef.On top of that, we noticed both staff members laughing behind the counter afterwards, which felt extremely disrespectful and insulting considering the seriousness of the mistake.This is not just poor service it is a serious issue involving wrong food being served, with potential religious and health consequences. What if someone had suffered an allergic reaction or become seriously ill? We absolutely have the right to make a complaint, and I am deeply concerned that these staff members may be serving incorrect food to other customers as well. Customers should be very careful when visiting this Subway branch and think twice before ordering.
