I’m disappointed with my order. The food wad cold, and I paid extra for additional toppings but received only a very small portion. Overall, the order did not match what was advertised or expected.

Had an order of 1 foot long vegan, 2, 6 inch chicken tika and another vegan.
They missed 1 vegan and 1 chicken, I went back to tell them, but instead they kept telling me its right. They gave me dirty looks and didn't even apologise.
Never going again.

Really bad customer service, online order was all wrong . No where to complain, no head office.
I worked in a kitchen for 7 years, I'd know if my order was wrong and how it needs to be sorted instead of them telling my daughter it's right ! Never going there again . No apologies!!!

Food was good, but the service was extremely disappointing. There was a long queue for the ordering machines, with customers placing large family orders, which made the wait even longer. I approached the staff to place a quick verbal order, as I was on my lunch break, but both refused and insisted I had to wait for the machines.
To make matters worse, both employees were standing behind the counter talking instead of preparing orders or helping reduce the queue. This kind of customer service is becoming far too common and really lets the whole experience down.
