This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The staff, especially the person working last night (unfortunately I don’t know his name), was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The way he spoke and handled the situation was unacceptable and showed zero respect for customers.
There was no effort made to help or resolve anything. Instead, the attitude was arrogant and careless, as if customer concerns didn’t matter at all. Communication was poor, and the entire experience felt disorganized and badly managed.
It’s honestly shocking that a global brand like Subway allows this kind of behaviour at one of its stores. There seems to be no proper staff training or supervision at this branch.
Very disappointing and frustrating experience overall. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location, especially if this is the level of service being provided.

Had to wait 40 minutes for a 6 inch as they chose to prioritise all the delivery orders coming in even though mine would have taken 5 minutes max and kept telling me they'll be done soon so I waited just for it to be a lie the order she was doing was as long as my arm she could've paused 5 minutes to serve the person in front of her or at least be transparent about the waiting time and after finally starting my order another delivery came in so she stopped mine half way to do the delivery.
