    We took 2 sandwich and other things. Made us wait 20 minutes to take order and when take away was done they missed cookies in the bag but charged for it.

    just awful customer serves. doesn't understand English, doesn't know how to use points. and today when i got a sandwich, started to eat on the table, she told me we were closed, i told her you close in 30 mins. she then hit my chair and table while i was eating. just so rude.

    Pointless writing special instructions when ordering online, as staff cannot read. Lucky i dont have food allergies. Put do not toast my subway in bold letters, and guess what? Came toasted. Useless staff.
