    To Ruma and the Store Management Team,If the rating system allowed for a -5 star review, I would provide it without hesitation, as the service I experienced today was utterly appalling.I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the service—or lack thereof—that I received this afternoon. I placed an order through your app and arrived at the store exactly at the designated collection time. Upon arrival, I was shocked to find that my order had not even been acknowledged in your system, let alone prepared. What made this situation particularly frustrating was seeing the staff members standing around with no apparent tasks, yet they failed to perform the basic duty of monitoring incoming orders.Once the staff finally began preparing my meal, the experience worsened. For a meal priced between £10 and £15, the portion of salad provided was laughably small. When I politely requested a more reasonable amount, Ruma, you dismissively informed me that because the order was placed via the app, no changes or additions could be made. This "computer says no" attitude is a ridiculous way to treat a paying customer.Furthermore, the handling of my beverage was entirely unprofessional. I ordered a regular Sprite, yet I was handed a Sprite Zero without a word of explanation. Rather than demonstrating the basic courtesy of informing me that the item was out of stock and asking for my preference, you simply made the choice for me. To conclude this series of errors, I was nearly handed my items without a bag, despite having already paid for one in the app. I had to specifically ask for the bag I had purchased before it was finally provided.Ruma, your rude demeanour and lack of basic communication skills are a poor reflection on this establishment. Employing individuals who lack a fundamental sense of customer service and civic decency is a major detriment to any business. I expect a much higher standard of professionalism for the prices you charge, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously by management.

    I had a fantastic experience at this Subway! The customer service was amazing - the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I will definitely be making this my regular spot. Highly recommended!

    Bad service, no proper ingredients were added to my Sub even on the request, felt like we're grazing lettuce and onion like a cow, not proper souces added. I don't recommend this location for having delicious food out there. Also waiting should be another non-negitiable. Should hire good and experienced staff.

    I wish i could give him below the 0 i would ....to be honest i never leave any review but this time that make me to do that with his nasry attitude....the sat 18/04/26 we came evening 5 clock there is three people working in that shift there is one guy on ice cream side who served as very nicely but 2 people on food side there is one guy and girl there attitude was on top ...which i dont no why? this is not the way served the customer im also working in the food industry to be honest we never served are customer like that.. we camed all the way from coventry to see london bridge as we are very hungry and we are pure vegetarian we looking for vegetarian option there is no better place than subway but soon we arrived food side i clearly asked lady one foot long with veggie patty but i also request her the salad on half i just dont want spicy sauce and jalepeno and she told me it would extra charged for what then i asked for nacho bites on the till the guy was telling me 6 or 9 and i asked nicely how much is diffrent and he replied me very rude way go see on the screen i asked him again i cant see it cuz there is so many option and i coundnt find it and i asked him again he replied same rude way everything on the screen...that he also can see on his till as well ..then i asked for tea twice again he said rude way something all during serving he talked me very rudely with some attitude like he dont want to be here...plus after charging me when he gived me chicken nacho i asked him nicely that as we are vegetarian we cant have chicken nacho ....also we used to have veg nacho in subway but he denied...thats why i was asking him for help cuz if he told me earlier there would never happend the confusion...and then he said thats what we have and i said i cant have it ...then he said either u can have potato chip or hash brown there is no other option we can give u but we dont want it he forced as but hash brown was 1.99 for 6 piece he charged already for nacho bites 6 piece for 3.99 and then i told him u spouced to give me 12 piece as u charged me double the amount of it....but he said it was a meal deal cant give u extra or refund the money ...i didnt asked for meal deal. Totally this guy was greedy and making people fool..first time in subway i had disaster experiance i want somebody needs to take action on him and also the hash brown he gived as it was disgusting and we thrown away cuz the smelled like chicken...he gived as purposely...i wish i could see his batch name
