  I received fantastic service from Rasia. I dropped my mobile phone in the street and it was found by a delivery rider and he took it back to the Purley branch 3 miles away for safe keeping. Tried calling the number and the call was picked up by Rasia told me about what had happened and where the phone was. Thank God there are still some honest people who care that are left in the world. Excellent service!!!!!.

  Wouldn't recommend going here as a subway card holder, they dont allow you to use any of your offers in conjunction with somthing. I had a 30% foot long offer to use, when I checked my app there was also a free fortune cookie to use too, so naturally I went in and ordered a foot long and added the free cookie, the lady only redeemed my cookie from the rewards i had chosen when gave her my barcodebto scan, I had clicked redeem on my side and it did not say I cannot use them together yet she only took the free cookie off and charged me still full price for the foot long. I realised much after I left the shop and was not happy. I have contacted subways direct customer services

  NOT doing the £4.99 footlong deal, Doesn't accept vouchers... All other reviews are true that they give you less product, less meatballs and salad than all other franchises. Dont tell you this until its time to pay of course. Won't be returning.
