  Slow service, stale bread, brown looking salad and a messy salad bar. Save yourself some time and get some packet food inside the service station instead.

  I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding an incident that occurred on 2 March at approximately 12:00 PM at your Subway branch located in Duden Hill Lane, NW10 1DE, London. I have been a loyal customer of Subway since I first arrived in London in 2018. However, due to the unacceptable experience I had on 2 March, I have decided to stop purchasing from your restaurant. During my visit, a male staff member who was on shift at the time behaved in an extremely unprofessional and unhygienic manner. He had what appeared to be paan (betel nut) in his mouth while serving customers. I observed saliva coming from his mouth while he was speaking and preparing food, which was very disturbing and completely against health and safety standards. In addition to this, his attitude towards me was very rude and disrespectful. He spoke harshly and even used offensive language in his own language. The entire situation made me feel unwell and very uncomfortable. This behavior is unacceptable, especially in a food service environment where hygiene and customer service should be top priorities. I am considering reporting this matter to Health and Safety authorities if appropriate action is not taken.
