My sub was stale, I always look at the lettuce to judge how fresh everything is, the lettuce was turning brown.
I tried to order on the touch screens and had so much difficulty scrolling that I gave up and just ordered at the counter.
Shop looks great.

I went to subway today at 8 pm today i ask for veggie sub on there was a man from esso just talking to the subway staff their own language and laughing loudly he said to the staff girl i will make a . I ask him why you make my food not professional staff , very bad this branch service if we make a full payment for our food so why we compromise she put salad like she give me free food . I pay £15 for my food . Very bad service 😡😡 . Very badddddddddddddddd . its collier row subway

They got my order wrong today, when i asked for lettuce and onions. They added lettuce and mayo (they don’t even sound similar?). When I realised and went back and asked for it be remade, the same coworker insisted that the order was correct and that I asked for mayo, even though I know I didn’t as I have been getting the same order for the past 10 years and never once even thought about getting mayo. They refused to remake the order and we had to pay for another sub so that we could get the right one made. I understand mistakes happen sometimes, but at least acknowledge and fix the mistake. Overall poor customer service, never coming to this branch again.
