  This review is for the franchise owner, and bares no reflection on the always professional approach that the workers have always shown towards me. I have the subway app, and after a very long time I had enough points for a footlong. My intention has always been to save the points until I have enough for a free footlong. When I tried to claim that at your branch on Friday 20th February, I was advised that the franchisee’s “policy” was to only allow £3 off at a time. Which doesn’t exactly help me when a footlong is £8.75 and I didn’t have any money on me. The fact that this is the franchisee’s “policy” and not subway’s as a whole, I find outrageous. My question to the franchisee, is what is the point of the Subway app if you’re unable to use it in the way that you want?

  Staff always really friendly here. I order pick up on the App and it’s always ready within minutes. Very efficient guys.

  I had a disappointing experience at the Subway outlet in Shepherd Bush near Sainsbury’s. I ordered three sandwiches (one Chicken Tikka and two Veggie Patty). As a vegetarian, I was concerned that the staff did not change their gloves after preparing the chicken sandwich and used the same gloves for the vegetarian items, which is a serious hygiene issue. And manager had his air buds on and busy on call with someone while preparing our food. Totally not worth visiting this shop. There was also confusion with billing, as incorrect amounts were charged and we were later blamed for not paying despite having paid already. Overall, the hygiene and billing standards were very poor
