- NNNicketMay 10, 20261.0I’m not a big fan of Subway but I’ve been to this one twice at different times (Saturday evening around 9pm and Sunday afternoon between 12-1pm) and they didn’t have Shawarma spiced chicken (I was interested as it was a new flavour and I like chicken shawarma in general) in stock despite it been advertised extensively on shopfront, tube station, etc. This is how you antagonise and lose customers. Also, they have increased the prices while all the previous benefits (free 6 inch or footlong after certain no. of orders) of having a Sub Card are no longer there.

Was a bit disappointed when it turned to be out of stock, however the colleague serving did apologise and explain that it's been mega popular and they are waiting for more to arrive. The name of the colleague is Jitinder (hope it's spelled like this😅) and if he is not in management team yet, GET HIM IN THERE! Service was excellent, was provided with alternative choice along with suggestions, nice small talk about the oos product while the sub was being toasted. Did upsell me on a foot long in a nice and chill manner. I did notice the unfamiliar x spicy chipotle sauce, and upon asking how spicy it was, received and explanation and an awesome suggestion on trying a bit along with the original chipotle variant. After this will consider coming in a bit more often 🤙🤙🤙
