  Droped my sandwich as it was about to be toasted and then just put the toppings back on and lied when I asked if it had been toasted. So many people working in such a small space. You don’t even know if the sever is speaking to you or someone else. A manger stood at the end of the line of staff telling them all to hurry whist he stood there and done nothing to help

  ★ negative/5 Absolutely terrible experience. The staff seemed completely unwilling to do even the bare minimum. Empty salad trays, miserly toppings, and refusing to add cheese that was clearly sitting in the cupboard — pure laziness and awful service. I’ve ordered the same meal from Subway for years, so it was obvious how bad this place is compared to every other branch. Honestly, you’d be better off eating from a vending machine than wasting your money here. Avoid this place completely.

  Fast service. I'm Gluten free and the guy remembered me, got the staff to wipe the counter and change gloves. Super friendly. For a convention center Subway this place beats expectations.
