    He was spitting in my sandwich while making it and being very aggressive towards me so I had too leave the sandwich please do not go to this branch there is more better and polite subways than this one terrible service I was in tears when they finished with me and my child who's autistic also.

    Went in to order a sandwich, the lady gave me the wrong length sub and forgot some add ons, so I kindly let her know about this. She then says "It is £2 more for a footlong" even though I never asked for one. After I said to her that I would like my original order, she huffed and finally gave me the correct size. Then, when I went to pay, she slammed the bottled drink onto table in addition to the sub and rudely turned away. This was today (03/05/2026) at 3:40PM.

    Rude experience at the counter today. I ordered a 1-foot sub and asked for it to be cut in half, but I was charged as if I ordered two 6-inch subs. When I questioned it, the staff member (I believe his name was Ciran Jeet (C J ), (not 100% sure if he shared right name ) was quite arrogant and dismissive. Really disappointing service — basic communication and customer handling could have made a big difference.

    ​"I usually love Subway, but the service at this location was incredibly disappointing. The staff member behind the counter acted like my presence was a major inconvenience. No greeting. I don't know who is she or what her name was.i really don't know the subway open at 10:30am And i had arrived at 10:15am She was very rude to me and angry on me.(her words- I don't receive any order we open at 10:30 this is happened today (15 march 2026).
