    The lady at the till was incredibly rude, unprofessional and frankly had a disgraceful behaviour and attitude. The cookie I had also tasted stale to me, I had a terrible experience here, the Subway needs new staff who care about their job and have basic customer skills! Horrible experience and horrible customer service by this lady who was working the shift around 10am on 29th April 2026! I was shocked and disgusted by her attitude. I really hope Subway head office look into this branch as most Subway’s are fine, this is not a Subway problem, however this specific Subway was horrible.

    Usually a worker from India is here but the team was different and I usually get a foot inch sandwich and today for some reason, one of the guys told me it would be possible even though I’ve been here multiple times and they have done it??? If policies changed, I understand it but at least let us know.
