  I was extremely disappointed by the customer service at this Subway branch within the hospital. While placing my order for a footlong and a half, I attempted to clarify my order, but the male staff member serving me was rude, abrupt, and dismissive throughout the interaction, showing a clear lack of professionalism and customer care. The experience became so uncomfortable that I chose to leave my order and walk out. Given that this outlet is located in a hospital environment, where patients, visitors, and relatives may already be under stress, a respectful and patient approach should be the minimum standard. Unfortunately, the behaviour I encountered reflects poorly not only on the restaurant itself but also on the overall atmosphere expected within a healthcare setting, and I believe management should seriously review whether the standard of service being provided is appropriate.

  I ordered a Jacket Potato at this location but for some strange reason the person who served me said i could only add 2 salad topping. I always order all salad with my Jacket Potato and I’ve been to many different Subway locations. Customer service was poor when i asked why this location only does that but she just stared through my soul.

  Best Subway I have been to. The team works hard and its always busy for a reason. They are not stingy. You get lots of veggies and all. Not like 3 pieces of lettuce like everywhere else. You actually get what you pay for.
