  Extremely lazy female staff member decided to close an hour early as she couldn’t be bothered to serve, probably a lucky escape. Might be time to evaluate your colleagues..

  I used to like this shop , always served by an Asian lady, very polite and courteous, walked in this pm for a quick lunch , the worker , Indian middle aged man , identified himself as (*Patel) was exceptionally rude , vulgar , and overall disgusting. His language and attitude was extremely poor , he kept picking at his face while preparing the food and touching other surfaces which already put me off, he was clearly not interested in doing his job, not even listening to what the customers want , and when finally handing me the disgusting poorly done sandwich at me that was the final straw ,I asked for a bag - it was raining outside,and I had requested it to take away and already paid , he said i needed to pay 10 p ( now that is a subway paper envelope) so I guess we all know what this is about , I told him he should have better manners if he is turning up to work and asked for his name to report him , his response: if you are having a bad day my dear please shut up ! The food went into the bin as no one should be consuming this rubbish after the preparation I saw , and hopefully health authorities will be shutting the place down soon, I will report this separately to council . Subway Corporate - please pay attention, that is the kind of employee you never want to introduce to your business: disgusting behaviour, aggression and non existing simple manners .
