  I went to Subway and saw two girls working there. I placed my food order, and they appeared to be South Indian. However, they neither prepared my food properly nor asked me clearly about my preferences. The food was made poorly and was not up to standard. I tried multiple times to explain my order, but they neither prepared it correctly nor communicated properly. It seemed like they did not understand English well, nor were they able to speak it clearly. I don’t understand why Subway hires staff without proper training. Action should be taken against such employees as soon as possible. Otherwise, this kind of behavior will harm Subway’s reputation, and customers may stop coming.

  On 18/04/2026 I ordered three sandwich Foot long veggie patty 6 inch chicken tikka 6 inch falafel sandwich While serving she mixed up falafel sandwich with chicken sandwich. Im strictly vegetarian who is not allowed to eat meat. Because of the staff mistake I ate chicken. And my friend who is allergic to falafel ate falafel. When I went back to restaurant to complain they said they can't give me fully refund. They refused me the refund and behaved rudely. This place is not hygienic and staff is under trained. Avoid this place at all cost.
