  AVOID THIS BRANCH - SERIOUS FOOD SAFETY ISSUE! Ordered via Uber Eats and had the meatball marinara. Within 10 mins of eating, both I and my sister became violently ill — vomiting and severe stomach distress. Reported this to Uber Eats but received no refund or real response. This wasn’t a mild reaction — it was a serious bout of food-related illness. I strongly urge others to be cautious, and I hope the branch takes urgent steps to review food hygiene and ingredient safety.

  Subway hasn't been the most approachable fast-food brand for some time now. It's such a shame as the food is pretty decent, if not good. I'm always wanting to buy their meatball baguette sandwiches but have been unable to do so, time and time again, as they seem to be consistently out of stock or unavailable. The customer service is mostly lacking; I've noticed recently that I have almost never seen the more experienced workers even attempt to break a smile when customers come in. There may be a few occasions of welcoming customer service, although it has almost exclusively been the new recruits. The eating area itself is rather confined, preventing the due comfort needed when eating-in. Due to this, I'd even recommend that, if you're planning to have a Subway, eat at home instead. I hope that this branch develops as best as it can, ideally by becoming more spacious by reducing the seating capacity (I have yet to see a day when they have even remotely come close to reaching full capacity).
