  Very clean Subway outlet with friendly and helpful staff. Keval was super helpful and made excellent subs for us. It is conveniently located just outside the Embankment metro station.

  Very good value for money. I’ve been searching around the Embankment area to find a spot where I can eat an healthy and reliable lunch daily, which doesn’t hurt my bank account, and subway has been my best option as of today. The amount of filling in the sandwiches just makes me want to come back again and again. I get more meat in my sandwich than I would get in a pizza. I would highly recommend taking this place a visit and to grab a sub from here.

  Usual subway level food however there is a serious and seemingly deliberately communication breakdown when ordering where even when you clearly say "Just as it comes" for any offers of additional fillings, you get billed a fairly substantial amount for additional fillings. When you complain about this, you get told you asked for them and when you say you didn't you get called a lier. They offered my friend extra meat when she asked for no cheese, in a mannerism that was clearly supposed to be interpreted as "since you are having no cheese, would you like more meat." And this added £3 to the bill, a cost which was not mentioned or displayed anywhere and which it is awkward to argue with on a custom made item. They very much try and rely on people not noticing the till value and paying on contactless to pass this through seemingly un-noticed. What's even more irritating is there was no sign of any extra fillings - unless you are a regular and familiar with what constitutes a normal amount you can't really judge. So I would say a dishonest franchise that I would suggest avoiding at all costs, as otherwise it will cost you more than you anticipate!

  Some bad reviews on this branch, but my experience was fine. Though Subway overall is becoming less value for money.
