Poor food quality, bread tasted stale. Extremely rude female staff. Never had this issue in any other subway. Do not go, will be reporting to Subway company!!!

Its 9:35 PM, Tuesday i am standing outside of this store. Doors are locked and there are two girls working and they are saying that store is closed. And just now they denied entry to two more people. And it says online that store closes at 10 pm and online it says 10 pm as well.

I don’t often come here anymore as the customer service is just terrible. However, needed a quick bite to eat after the hospital. I ordered a 6inch BMT ‘Value Meal’ the price for said meal was £9.51. A 6inch sub, drink and crisps nearly £10! I knew this was wrong, but I was told ‘this is the price’ so I asked for a receipt.
Luckily, I know a couple of Subway Franchisees who have told me even the highest tier price range in the UK for a 6inch value sub is £5.69.
Therefor, this Subway/Franchisee &/or staff, are robbing vulnerable patients in a hospital and breaching their franchise agreement with brand.
This was the final straw, I would like someone to speak to directly in this branch, as there is much more wrong than this. I have often been told ‘cash only’ so I’ve paid cash, and I know they haven’t rung anything through the till. Otherwise, I will be writing directly to Subway and your territory myself.

Very poor service, i went there for my food , at the end i asked them to use my loyalty points , Guy Rut told me sorry you can’t use this points, you have to pay, this is such a bad experience i have so far and its first time i had in subway,
What is the point of the loyalty points app

She is attentive, quick on her feet and welcomed me with a big smile and friendly demeanour and remembered me when I came in a few days later!
