  During my visit, the store appeared to be significantly understaffed. There were only two members of staff working while dealing with a constant queue of customers and a large number of orders on the system. At times the queue stretched to the door, and staff were trying to manage serving customers, preparing food, and restocking simultaneously. The team on shift were clearly working hard but looked under significant pressure, and it didn’t appear to be a sustainable workload for two people during a busy period. This likely impacted both service speed and the overall customer experience. In my opinion, the store would benefit from improved staffing levels during peak times to ensure smoother service and fairer working conditions for staff.

  The only subway I will eat from, everything is immaculate, fresh produce everyday, spotless store and the staff are impeccable. Honestly love it here

  Just visited subway with my children. Asked for extra topping of pepperoni and was charged £1.50. Told on a previous occasion that it should be added as an extra which is cheaper. I politely queried this only to be told abruptly 'there's no lad who works here So thought okay carry on- then the staff walks into the back and starts to talk about me to another member of staff. I did not confront her as I had 2 small children with me. How rude- obviously customer service is lacking and manners in her home. Won't be going again
