    I eat in this establishment quite a lot. All of the staff are exceptionally helpful, very efficiently, friendly and knowledgeable about their products and services. Well done everyone.

    Absolutely atrocious customer service, was made to feel like a problem for having Gluten Free bread and put way too much salad on and huffed when I asked for less when asked if they do blue light discount and tried to load my card on my phone but was taking time due to signal the server rudely and impatiently said “well I need to see the card for a discount” it wasn’t busy so no need for the stress baring in mind I had already waited 10 minutes to be served because the staff member could not get in the safe. and then while eating another team member has come in on their day off let their child go behind the counters and pick up a cookie with their bare hands

    Attempted to make an order and the server failed to follow instructions and when I explained what I would like they said "I'll do it my way" I said no I would like the meat and cheese mixed before roasting to put in a salad box they disengaged from the interaction and both members of staff where passive aggressive. If you order something that deviates from the standard menu they struggle to comprehend. Attitude was terrible. I have been coming to this subway in the Strand for years without complaint.
