  Absolutely horrible. Staff are unfriendly and rude. Ordered a big breakfast sub. Didn't add sauce but put ketchup on it anyway I do think it needs to be unelected apose to added. But for good customer service I would expect them to just make another one but no. Refused sub ended up in the bin. I would just avoid this subway due to lack of customer service. Toilet locked probably couldn't be bothered to clean it. Outside is a mess with subway wrappers everywhere again they couldn't be bothered to clean up. Maybe a bin would help.

  WORST SUBWAY SERVICE IN LIVERPOOL, AVOID!!!! been in 5 times and had to wait at least 10 minutes every time, shop always empty and doing orders when driver not even there to pick up, i understand there is orders but with 1 check to do and i’m the only personin the shop i should not have to wait 10 minutes to be served, 10 minute wait for 4 plain cheese wraps to be made before my order taken is a joke
