  Ordered 2 footlong meal deals and items were missing and incorrect. The cheese bites never arrived and we were given cookie dough ice cream instead of chocolate brownie. My girlfriend who it was for has an intolerance to caramel. When I rang up to complain I was told to get in contact with uber which I have and called the driver who then ended the call to me. Would not order again.

  Fantastic service! Honestly, one of the best subways I have ever been to. Restaurant clean service fast and the food tasted great! I would definitely recommend this Subway. The staff are remarkable!!! I visited today and the lady who wears the black is brilliant! Such a pleasant woman.

  After being told there was no veggie pattie at Subway Walton Vale, I thought “no problem, I’ll simply drive to the next nearest Subway.” What followed was less “quick lunch” and more “low-budget survival documentary.” First challenge: locating the place. According to Google Maps, the Subway exists in a completely different dimension roughly half a mile away from reality. Spent 10 minutes driving round Aintree like I was searching for a hidden military bunker. Eventually found it. At this point I was starving, emotionally exhausted, and hanging onto hope by a thread. I walked in imagining the glorious moment the veggie pattie would finally be toasted into existence. But no. No veggie pattie here either. Two Subways. Zero veggie patties. I am now genuinely questioning whether I’m trapped in some sort of psychological experiment designed specifically to break vegetarians. I’ve travelled across Merseyside chasing a sandwich that apparently exists only in folklore. By the end I was tired, hungry, confused, and spiritually defeated. Gave up entirely and went home wondering if the real veggie pattie was the friends we made along the way.

  Ordered a turkey and ham salad to collect. The salad was packed to the brim and was lovely. I did however have a few issues - there was no ceasar dressing available but showing online as an option. The store didn't add tge requested olives and lastly I ordered double meat, as well as extra ham. I had a 4 pieces of ham and 4 pieces of turkey, as I paid extra for more ham there should have been more ham than turkey. It would not stop me visiting here again.

  “On February 10 at 4 o’clock, we always get food from Subway and have always been satisfied. But this time, at this Subway, I was not happy with the staff at all. There were two women — one young woman who was nice — but the older woman had a very bad attitude. She was talking about us with another man and was looking at us in a very unpleasant way. I didn’t feel comfortable at all, and I will not go there again. It was very disrespectful.”
