I visited today and ordered spicy nachos with cheddar cheese and a coffee. When I arrived, I was informed that there would be around a 15–20 minute wait, as the staff member was working alone and was clearly very busy. I appreciated her honesty and understood the situation, especially as she explained that she was dealing with everything by herself.
After around 15 minutes, my order was taken. My food and drink arrived very quickly, within only a couple of minutes, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the quality of the nachos was disappointing. The sauce was cold and there was only a very small amount of cheese, which had not even melted properly. The portion looked much smaller than what I have usually received in the past.
When I politely mentioned that there seemed to be very little cheese, I was told that I would need to pay extra if I wanted more. I understand that additional toppings may cost extra, however I was not asking for an unusually large amount, only for a standard portion similar to what I had received before.
I do understand that the staff member was under pressure and working alone, which may have affected the quality and consistency of the order. However, I still left feeling disappointed, as although the service was fast, the quality of the food did not meet expectations. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I have had much better experiences in the past.

I had two Uber pickup orders that were already prepared and ready to go. Despite this, the woman working inside deliberately ignored delivery orders, choosing instead to serve everyone in the shop first. Her attitude clearly showed she was disgusted with her job, and that happened lots of times, it felt like deliveries would only be handed over if she is in the mood.
This caused unnecessary delays for drivers and customers. Delivery orders are part of the job and should be treated with the same priority and professionalism as in-store customers.
If you don’t like your job, change it — but don’t take it out on drivers and paying customers.
Very disappointing experience.

Hot drinks machine broke toilets out of order..last time I went here they ran out of sugar.. avoid this place
