  Food was lovely, service was a tad slow despite being empty. Edit** Visited again, shop once empty as expected, 2 people waiting to be seen. The same slow service, one staff member trying to make the food while the other was attempting to stock an already full fridge. Then I get told she has to prepare a delivery order before the customers standing in front of her and we'll have to wait 5 minutes. Disgusting. Won't be returning.

  I just want to say a big well done to Christie who was working behind the bar alone this evening. She was attentive, efficient and polite, even while managing a queue and clearly under pressure. She kept a smile on her face the whole time and remained professional throughout — she’s a real credit to the company. That being said, management really need to review staffing levels. It didn’t seem fair or safe for one person to be running the bar alone during a busy period. Christie handled it brilliantly, but she shouldn’t have had to do it by herself. Having that being said keep up the good work Christie! (hope I spelt your name right)

  I came in a week or 2 ago and this girl was working alone but was managing okay enough though she looked stressed. I can't remember her name but I think she was the manager.
