    he incident occurred at approximately 9:40 pm. Unfortunately, I do not know the staff member’s name, but I kindly request that management review which employee was on duty at that time. The behaviour I encountered was unacceptable and made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer. I believe this matter should be taken seriously, as such behaviour can negatively impact the reputation of your store and affect customer trust. While I may personally choose not to visit this location again, I sincerely hope that appropriate action is taken to ensure future customers do not have a similar experience.
