    I ordered on the uber app. A man called Muhammad told multiple uber drivers to cancel my order without them cancelling themselves. Reporting this to head office as it’s not on at all. As soon as I got on the phone to him he agreed to make my order immediately. I waited over an hour. Actually disgusting.

    I visited that branch at 10PM today and had a very disappointing experience. I made a simple and common request — a footlong with half shawarma spiced chicken and half tikka chicken — which I have done at Subway many times before without any issue. The staff member refused very rudely and said he was “not allowed” to do it, then told me he would charge me an extra £3+ with no proper explanation. This kind of rude service and inconsistent policy is unacceptable.
