  Came in drive through 30/40 minutes ago to place an order, when we got home the order was wrong. Called 8 times and no answer someone please contact me asap.

  After the absolute emotional rollercoaster of visiting TWO separate Subways with no veggie patties, I arrived at Subway Switch Island as a broken man. Hope was gone. Trust had evaporated. I was one failed sandwich away from eating a traffic cone. But then… I saw it. The veggie pattie. Actually in stock. Right there on the menu. Not a myth. Not a rumour. A real, physical veggie pattie existing in the wild. I nearly wept. This branch restored my faith in humanity. The service was fast, efficient, and completely free of the psychological torment I had experienced elsewhere. Staff were great, food was spot on, and for the first time in hours I was no longer driving around Merseyside fuelled purely by rage and disappointment. 10/10. A beacon of hope in dark vegetarian times.

  Subway sort your heads out and treat your staff fairly, 1 whole month the air con hasn’t worked in this subway now, the shops 1000 degrees, the staff look shattered and too hot it’s completely not fair on them how can you make your staff work through this heat? Sort it out left before I could order cos i felt that sorry for them - joke
