  Guy with a bandana, had terrible customer service, kept seeing him roll his eyes on me, looked frustrated at me, whenever I asked for something like extra sauce, and just was just a terrible experience.no hello, no how are you, not goodbye, never want to be served by him again

  On Google says open but on multiple occasions I've visited it's closed very annoying 😡I'm now editing this month's later same problem I turn up people working inside but it's always closed but says it's open on Google

  The guy serving called Luke was very rude. I asked for a meatball marinara and was told to wait for them to cook which I was fine with, before I could ask for anything else he abruptly moved me on to the till and continued serving other customers. I asked the other server at the till if I could also have the triple cheese wrap. When I went back in line to get my meatball marinara the server communicated with Luke that I’d like the side as well and he looked visibly annoyed and started shouting ‘well she didn’t ask for one’. The other server calmly told Luke that it was fine and she would do it. The other server was pleasant enough. A very awkward and rude encounter. Luke, you need to work on your customer service skills. Badly organised. Horrible service. Stingy with the sandwich fillings. Will not be returning.

  Waited 25 minutes infront of the staff member who continued to make orders up for uber eats. The lady who we paid with had all her piercings dangling from.her face and ears and hair was not tied back. Not coming back here

  The guy who works here, always wear bandena he's attitude towards customer service is awful, if this guy keeping on doing this. This subway will have a massive financial impact
