Had a bit of a poor experience here. Everything in terms of food and presentation was as you’d expect it… just your standard subway.
I ordered a meal, which obviously comes with a drink and cookie/crisps.
Their soda machine wasn’t working, the syrups didn’t work, so the guy working there told me he’d check in the back then told me it should be working now. Turns out, the machine didn’t work.
So I ask him if I can just get a drink from the fridge, and he said he’d ask his manager. His manager said they “can’t do that”. Which is a bit ridiculous… because isn’t your job to accommodate customers and solve issues. Especially issues caused by the business rather than yourself.
So I paid to get a meal for a drink I didn’t receive just to be told it’s something they can’t solve. The bare minimum is just giving me a drink from the fridge, since they cost the same amount as a fountain cup. Not on.

Ordered on Uber Eats. Had a Lipton iced tea, with a best before date of September 2025!
On another note my ‘hot’ sides were freezing cold and only supplied in paper bag with no extra heat retaining packaging!!
Absolutely disgusted never ordering from any subway in Lincoln again.

Had to wait a little bit as it was rather busy and only two members of staff. Obviously quite hectic for them as one had to run out and buy something. The poor lady working was berated by a rude group of people which obviously didn’t help. She was running up and down trying to get these orders made. I think she did an excellent job under all the pressure of all these people waiting. Massive props to her. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

Since the introduction of the touch screens, this has become anything but a fast food outlet. Staff quite rudely insisted everyone use the touch screens, even when customers asked if they cuttle order at the counter. Including time queueing for the screens, it took us over 25 mins to get two subs!
Will not be returning...
