    My food is nearly always wrong, theres usually something missing or the bread is constantly toasted, when called up to say my order was wrong, the guy who answered the phone was a bit rude, the food is good but there is a mistake most of the time

    Food is good and always made well but every time my partner has put an order in online and asked for the sub to not be toasted it's toasted every time without fail making have to come back to get a replacement. Wouldn't have a problem if it was once or twice but it's been every time. Then as I call up to ask for a replacement I have been told to wait for a call back. Shouldn't need a call back just apologies and make a new one. Worked there myself so I know how it can be sometimes but I've never told a customer to wait for a call back when I made a genuin mistake

    I have been buying subway for a year and sadly I found leiston to be quite tight on it meat contents. Its sad to see, when they have measuring scoops and they only half fill it.

    I have tried to order from Just eat for delivery and honestly the service is horrible. Food is great but the fact that several orders have been cancelled with no explanation is just terrible. What is the point of being on Just Eat. Not to mention that this Subway is obscenely expensive compared to other ones I've ordered from in the past. Very disappointed

    Had a lovely experience getting a Philly Cheese melt. The staff member (Billie?) was amazing and friendly, even though it was her first day. Look forward to coming back
