  People working in there are incredibly rude, I asked for a little bit of sauce and the lady looked at me as if I’d killed her first born. Then proceeded to mount all the sauce on. if I wasn’t in a rush I would’ve had them re make it. Ridiculous.

  Absolute joke of a place. Making people use kiosk screens when staff are just standing there. Today there were two people trying to order off the screens and struggling and two people waiting to use the screens. I waited 2 minutes and walked out. Before the screens came I would have just waited in the queue This place has become a joke. Goodbye from me

  Staff are nice, usually quiet in there which is nice and peaceful, food is great too

  Food was ok but the service provided by donna was awful very rude and condescending and the way she talks to other stuff in front of paying customers in not on

  Steer clear of this place. Order boards mean that you can't choose how you want your sub. Worryingly, my meat sub ended up with two large chunks of tuna in the wrapping, and was actually cooked in the oven with it (i'm allergic to fish and seafood). Contacted the manager by phone, and then on the app. Totally disinterested .
