Instead, it turned up at 13:40, completely defeating the whole point of pre ordering. By the time it arrived, it was stone cold and the drink was a completely different drink to what I had ordered. I shouldn’t have to rely on my boss understanding the situation to be able to eat food I’ve paid for at a time I had booked. If you can’t stick to it don’t offer a slotted time service there was plenty of time to prepare and deliver on time it’s just pure negligence
