    Absolutely disgusting experience,the two ladies working at the till were extremely unprofessional didn’t know how to work their own machinery and they had a drink dispenser with NO drinks to be dispensed. When I told them that there was no syrup in the dispenser the lady with a mole on her face replied very rudely and told me to wait even though she was not doing anything , when her co worker came back from the back to ‘refill’ the drinks I was instructed to try again(this went on back and forth for around 10 minutes) i was stood there extremely calm and there was still no drink , the inside of the cup looked murky as there was just remnants of syrup and sparkling water inside it. When I explained this to the worker with a mole on her face snapped at me as if i was lying about not having the correct drink , I then requested a bottle version of the drink and she replied ‘no i’m not giving you that as it’s an extra charge’ i told her i would pay for it if its extra and she still denied me my drink that was PART OF MY MEAL. And the sub she made for me wasn’t even nice very mid no flavour other subways make it better and she denied m extra topping aswell I hope the lady with a mole on her face is fired IMMEDIATELY.

    Order a large waffle fries but clearly doesnt look it. Not worth the money and time. The staff were seriously off putting and the place had bad vibes. Defo needs better management

    Absolutely useless , the worst subway I’ve been to. I was the only person in the Q and Shiv was apparently his name was standing messing around at the till for around 3-4mins. He didn’t even acknowledge me, I had to ask if anyone was serving and he said yes me but clearly he wasn’t as he continued to mess around on the till. When he finally came to me I told him what I wanted and was greeted with ‘ it will be a long time ‘ sorry pardon I want 1 sub it takes 2 mins and you’re already kept me waiting way longer than you should have ! Apparently it was going to take 10-15mins!!! I walked out and gave my money to Greggs just a few doors down who had no problem in serving me even with a Q! Incompetent to say the least and no customer service skills whatsoever!

    we walked in all the tables were extremely dirty not one was clean. when we asked if they could clean them they start saying that they are busy but the only costumers that where in there was two of my friends. there was also two other workers behind the counters on there phone just standing there saying that we should just pick another table or do it or self when i asked for a napkin she told me no . when i sat back down they all said that they are not are servants and we should do it all self . but working in the hospitality industry it should be mandatory to clean tables after costumers regardless and have nice costumers service . me and my friends now feel unwelcomed and don’t feel like we should come back . (something needs to be sorted )
