  Not good experience on 06/05/2026 around 16:30 Wanted a 6-inch tuna sub. There was no tuna. Said okay. Asked for jacket potato, cheese and beans. There was apparently no beans. However on the app, for this branch, it’s correct there’s no tuna available but guess what they have jacket potato cheese and beans. So I’m still going to order a jacket potato. The lady serving was also quite mardy and unbothered, like last time. If you’re having a bad day, I understand but please don’t take it out on your customers by being all mardy.

  Very poor hygiene standards at this Subway. I ordered vegetarian subs, but the staff did not clean the preparation area before making my food. They were using the same gloves to serve multiple customers, open the oven, and handle food without changing or cleaning them. They also didn’t clean the counter/platform before taking the next customer’s order, which is unacceptable—especially for vegetarian customers who expect proper care to avoid cross-contamination. Management needs to train staff properly and improve hygiene standards. Very disappointed.

  Literally pointless ordering from here. I can't think of many simpler tasks than being able to read an order and give the customer what they have asked for. Missing items, items not toasted, no sauce on the subs despite it clearly stating the sauces and toasted on the order. Either incompetent, lazy or both. Useless.

  I popped in this morning to get a sub and the staff member was brilliant. She has been on annual leave and was not aware of an issue we had in store however she gladly provided the sub. Thanks to this branch. Good experience and may it continue

  Mine was fine but the girl that served us was rude didn't listen 3 times i asked for the same bread. My husband got yes when it was his turn to give the order and he said pardon and she then changed it to yes please we understand that people ha e bad days but when she is chucking equipment about and sandwiches for that matter there is a big attitude problem. The lad that served us with the salad and taking money on the other hand was lovely and polite and very koy because of the other person she made it very difficult for him to do his job when she was useless and if I was the manager I would get rid of that girl and get a few more like the lad that works there we came in about 14.00 the only reason you have extra stars is because of the lad that works there ehe deserves better back up .
