  Decent food, but absolutely horrendous app and impossible to get through on the phone for order issues

  Hardly any filling in my foot long. Not the subway that used to put lots of fresh salad! Very disappointed. The staff need to focus on one order at a time and not 6 order's. Please be more generous with the fillings!

  Myself and my husband went for my quick lunch before my shift start ,it was very easy and quick ordering through the order pad. Also there were 2 ladies staff named Shikha & Purnima they were the most friendly and experienced staff I have ever seen in the subway though Especially Purnima made our subway so peaceful and tasty ,I loved it . Very good customer service Keep it up

  So I was in the mood for a Cheese and Onion cob. Went into Subway, selected the salad option, selected DOUBLE cheese, then deselected all salad apart from Onion. Wireless pay was not working so selected to pay at the counter. May I add, this simple cob still cost £8.10! Anyway I paid and said to lady, "so thats cheese and Onion and can I have BUTTER please. "YES" she replied, Cheese Onion and butter. I then checked the screen and there was to customers in the shop before me and 3 delivered orders. Honestly I must have waited 20 minutes but anyway. As I collected my order I asked "so this is cheese Onion and BUTTER... "YES" OK.... get home, open the cob, No BUTTER just Dry and the DOUBLE cheese....... hmmmmm..., a 1mm piece of cheese cut diagonally to make 2 triangles on a foot long bit of dry bread! £8.10 fir that. Needless to say I will not be going back.
