    in this subway store particular one staff name Bhavna , she is is amazing person as she serve very nice customer service , well manged and making very nice subway totally recommend but only when she is working otherwise the other person they don’t care about customers…

    Dear Manager, I would like to make a formal complaint regarding the customer service I received at your Subway store at approximately 9:30 PM on 7 May 2026. The female member of staff serving me, who was wearing glasses, was extremely rude, blunt, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. I felt very uncomfortable and disappointed by the way I was treated as a customer. During the order process, she repeatedly expected me to list everything at once instead of guiding the order properly or asking polite follow-up questions such as whether I wanted anything else from the salad section or additional items. Her tone and attitude came across as impatient and dismissive. When it came to payment, she did not even tell me the total cost of my order before processing the payment. She just pointed at the card machine with her rolling eyes Overall, the interaction lacked basic customer service, communication skills, and professionalism. I understand that staff can have busy shifts, but customers should still be treated respectfully. I believe this staff member would benefit from additional customer service and communication training, and I would appreciate it if a manager could speak with her regarding her behaviour. I felt genuinely offended and disappointed by this experience, especially as I expect a friendly and respectful atmosphere when visiting your store.     I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location today. I politely asked if they could add a bit more of the fillings, but the staff member refused and said they had already added “more than double” and couldn’t put any extra. The response felt dismissive and unhelpful, and there was no effort to accommodate a simple customer request. Overall, the service did not meet expectations, and I left feeling dissatisfied. I hope the management can improve customer service and flexibility in the future.
