  Absolute Rubbish store. Ordered two footlongs and they toasted them on a 1 6inch setting! Bread and meats not toasted right again! The guy behind the counter barely understands what you're asking. It's pathetic that all their staff cannot run a store. Completely ruining the sandwiches. Can't even follow their own procedures on how they're meant to make a their sandwiches. This store needs investigating of how poor it's run.

  Went in to grab a quick bite for lunch, there was no customers in store. One staff member sat in the dining area talking on his phone. The other in the back of house area on his phone. Waited probably 5 mins and no one even acknowledged I was there so i Left without purchasing anything. This store has possibly the worse customer services I've ever received in a subway, and this isn't the first time ive experienced it. Previously a staff member even followed me back to my work after a terrible experience in store which made me feel really uncomfortable, so I avoid the shop if I see him working.

  Awful service, worker was using airpod the whole time i was in there. She was not friendly in any sense . I then asked for my sandwich not toasted but she still toasted it. The lady gave me barely any toppings. This subway is a very bad reflection of a company I usually really enjoy and usually get very good service with.

  I came here today and the staff were very rude! I went to the bathroom and there was no toilet paper, asked for some and got kitchen roll. I also went in the bathroom with my friends since we didn’t want to stand outside on our own and one of the staff started knocking on the door shouting at us since we were in there together. We came out and the staff was shouting at us saying ‘We have no common sense’. The toilets were for paying customers which we acknowledged and agreed to buy something so when we came out, my friend bought a cookie and they then decided to treat us like normal people. My friend felt very scared (shaking) and once she bought a cookie we felt very pressured to leave as there was no customers. Also we are three young girls so it was very uncomfortable due to there being a grown man shouting at us and getting frustrated.

  As a self proclaimed subway connoisseur - I can tell you that this is one of the best subways in the world. Dine in or take away, it really doesn’t matter. They never skimp on the sauce like other franchises I have visited. I take this very seriously and commend their fantastic efforts. An upstanding subway ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
