  Absolutely horrified he couldn’t spread butter he just put a cube of butter in the middle and left it how can u work in a sandwich place and not know how to spread butter

  Have visited this particular subway a few times in the past however this time I was absolutely shocked! The female staff member was extremely rude, I asked for Garlic and herb sauce but she put mustard on instead. I made her aware of this (could’ve been a genuine accident) however she then huffed and attempted to scrape off the sauce. I said I want a new one making from scratch however she start shouting in a ‘Non-English’ language and throwing her arms around. Eventually when she made the sandwich she virtually threw it out the counter. Will not be using again..

  I visited Subway recently and had a disappointing experience. While waiting in the queue, the staff were speaking to each other in another language and did not communicate clearly with customers. It felt uncomfortable because they were laughing and talking among themselves while customers were trying to order. The service was also very slow, and the staff seemed impatient when customers asked for additional salad options. I also noticed food being handled in a way that didn’t appear very careful, which raised concerns about hygiene. Customer service is very important in a place like this, and customers should feel welcomed and respected. I hope management reviews the service quality and provides better training for staff to improve the overall experience.

  Very good and very clean place. Gives amazing feeling when entering the shop.... Just like a family there ....
