  Awful customer service. Tried telling me they are the only subway in the UK that doesn’t let you create your own sandwich gave me a sub par sandwich that the bread was burnt and wouldn’t even let me choose my own sauces. Awful spot don’t bother stopping there

  I visited at approximately 6pm and was disappointed with the overall service. Julie, who was clearing up, informed me that I would need to wait 20 minutes for a sandwich. Given the chopping boards are being soaked in dish water. She appeared dissatisfied with my wait and mentioned the store's closing time, randomly minitues into me waiting. After waiting for about 5 mins she hesitantly asked what do I want?, I asked for a footling with cheese and toasted with veggie patty. She stated that veggie patty was unavailable, despite it being visible.I felt this was unacceptable and chose to leave as I had no energy to argue. I suggest management investigates her overall behaviour, as previous reviews indicate a possible pattern. It's disgusting a year later after all the negative reviews regarding her attitude nothing has changed. In fact it may have gone worse given my experience. All I have to say is BEWARE of Julie if you choose to pop in
