Really great experience at Subway. The staff were exceptional — genuinely friendly, welcoming and attentive from the moment I walked in. They prepared my sandwich exactly the way I wanted it even with my few extra requests, nothing was too much trouble. The meat and veggies tasted really fresh.
The atmosphere was also nice and relaxed, the music wasn’t too loud and the whole place was generally clean. They're also open 24/7, which is great. Overall, a really pleasant visit and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Staff is very worst they didn’t treat customers well and even so rude as well they are doing partiallty one day there oven was not working so i was also there then they asked to other customer that to do toasted in other micro but didn’t ask to me. Also if i tell them to add something more they are denying and behaving very rude. Atleast they should need to treat their customers well

I was here on Wednesday or Friday I think and a lady, she said her name was Ayo if I remember correctly. I’m new in town and she was very friendly to me, i haven’t been to a subway at all I have social anxiety and she made me really calm and explained everything in a calm manner and saying no worries. These are the kind of staff we need these days. Cheers Ayo

I feel sorry for one of the workers who served me and my partner, she was clearly new and had to ask questions of the worker with her on how many items go into which sandwich, and while transferring it to the toaster dropped my sandwich before remaking it.
All of this was perfectly okay, I work in hospitality as a trainer, these things happen and when you're new you deserve patience.
What you don't deserve is a co-worker constantly shooting you dirty looks, shaking their head, and creating a negative atmosphere for both the worker and their customers.
Ironically the only issue we had with the sandwiches was my partner's, the more experienced worker finished it off due to her own impatience, she piled up the veggies so high to the point where the sandwich could not close. My partner had to eat the sandwich in pieces as it fell apart in their hands.
The place looked clean, was quiet and that one obviously newer worker was lovely and kind (she's the only reason the service isn't 1*, I'd give her 5* personally for dealing with this), she was also very apologetic about dropping the food.
The other worker on the other hand, if I was their manager or even their trainer in my own role, I would be appalled with the atmosphere and passive aggressiveness they brought to the store.
I won't be coming back and I hope the newer worker finds better colleagues or job.
