    Visited Subway Leeming Bar with my family of 5 and left really disappointed. Pricing felt unclear, with items seemingly added on at the till, which made the final total higher than expected. My Subway Rewards also didn’t apply the £5 discount I was entitled to, and staff couldn’t help. The kids’ meals were also not as advertised. missing sides and the seed packets that are always shown. This seems to be a recurring issue across multiple Subway locations, not just this one. Overall, not great value for money and a frustrating experience. Needs better consistency and transparency.

    Being a world traveller and a loyal Subway eater I would mark this the worst subway in the world. Come across very rude, unprofessional and racist staff. By the way when I say racist is that the lady who served us turned cold and rude as soon as our turn came up in que and she then flipped nice straight away to next customer. It's in the eyes and way you serve also. Specifically at the time of Salad the same lady (in black t-shirt and plenty of tattoos appeared to be manager with no name badge) added with condescending manner as if we were begging. We were charged extra for sauces which we have never been in any Subway up and down the world. I have attached the copy of bill to let you investigate but looking at the past reviews my guess is there must be no change or efforts made by the management. Really disappointed the way you guys made us feel in front of my entire family.
