I am a regular customer at this Subway as I work nearby, but today’s service was disappointing. The staff member, Charlie, was wearing headphones and did not listen properly to my order. I was charged extra for a very small portion, and when I questioned it, my concern was ignored.
This is the first time I’ve had poor service here, but it was not acceptable.
I ordered off Just Eat and ended up with the wrong sandwich but everything else was right so I know the order was mine they just put the wrong sandwich in there. The one star is mainly because the sandwich I ended up with had items of food in that I'm allergic to which obviously isn't nice to see when I opened it as I had to quickly close it and throw it out. I know it's fast food but at least check which bag your putting food in!

My food was extremely disappointing, the staff don’t know how to read an order correctly. The footlong was soggy, the steak was mushy and they also decided they didn’t want to add cheese or toast it. Disgusting.

I had the pleasure of being served by Hassan at Subway, and I have to say, he made my experience outstanding. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. Hassan was not only friendly but also incredibly efficient. He took the time to craft my sandwich just the way I wanted, offering great suggestions and making sure everything was fresh and delicious. His attention to detail and excellent customer service really stood out. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely enjoys their job, but Hassan clearly does, and it made all the difference. Highly recommend visiting this Subway and being served by Hassan
